Intelligent Hydraulic Telescopic Crawler Chassis SR250 Rotary Drilling Rig

ChassisAll are hydraulically telescopic crawler chassis (CAT330C or SY460R models), composed of three parts: the traveling mechanism, undercarriage, and upper rotating platform:
Traveling mechanism: Includes hydraulic motors, reducers, crawlers (width 800mm), and load-bearing wheels. It can move forward, backward, and rotate in place. The crawler tension can be adjusted via a grease pump to adapt to complex sites.
Undercarriage: Built-in hydraulic cylinders and a "central swivel joint" that can control the crawler to expand/retract (expand to 4300mm during operation to enhance stability, retract to 3000mm during transportation to reduce width).
Upper rotating platform: Equipped with the engine, hydraulic system, cab, and counterweight. It has a rotation radius of 4780mm and can rotate 360° for operation, covering a larger construction range.
Working DeviceIt is the core executive part of drilling operations, including eight key components:
Luffing mechanism: A parallelogram structure composed of a boom, tripod, and luffing cylinder. It can adjust the front and rear inclination angles and working range of the mast, ensuring the mast moves up and down horizontally to avoid drill pipe deviation.
Mast assembly: A three-section foldable structure (upper section + middle section + lower section) with rectangular guide rails on both sides. It has a built-in pressure cylinder (stroke 5300mm) to provide pressing force for the power head. The pulley frame at the top can be folded to reduce transportation height.
Power head: The core operating component, composed of a hydraulic motor, reducer, power box, and buffer device. It drives the drill pipe to rotate through the drive key. The buffer device can alleviate the impact of drill jamming and protect the service life of components.
Follow-up frame: One end is bolted to the drill pipe (slewing bearing), and the other end slides along the mast guide rail. It provides guidance for the drill pipe, prevents drill pipe shaking, and ensures drilling verticality.
Drill pipe and drill tool: Standard multi-section telescopic drill pipes, compatible with short auger bits (for drilling soft soil), ordinary drill buckets (for drilling clay), and sand-fishing drill buckets (for drilling sand layers). They can be flexibly replaced according to geology.
Main/auxiliary winch: Cooperates with the mast pulley frame through steel wire ropes to realize the lifting and soil unloading of the drill pipe. The main winch is equipped with "fast confluence technology", and its lifting efficiency is 15% higher than that of similar models.
(II) Working Principle
The SANY SR250 Rotary Drilling Rig adopts the "rotary drilling and soil extraction cycle hole-forming" process. The core difference from the traditional positive and negative circulation drilling is "direct soil extraction" rather than "mud slag discharge". The specific process is as follows:
Positioning and centering: Through the chassis traveling mechanism and luffing mechanism, accurately align the drill tool with the pile position. The mast automatically corrects the verticality (error ≤0.5%).
Drilling and breaking: Lower the drill pipe under the guidance of the mast, place the bucket drill with a valve at the bottom at the hole position. The power head provides torque to drive the drill bit to rotate, and the pressure cylinder transmits pressing force to the drill pipe through the power head to break the rock and soil and load it into the drill bit.
Lifting the drill and unloading soil: After the drill bit is filled with rock and soil, the main winch lifts the drill pipe and drill bit out of the hole, opens the drill bit valve to unload the soil, and completes one soil extraction cycle.
