Superfluid concrete cast-in-place piles are a new type of pile foundation construction method, evolved from the Japanese CIP method. It uses rotary drilling RIGS to efficiently complete drilling and concrete pouring, with good pile quality and low cost. The following is a brief introduction to its key construction points for you:
1. Preparatory work: Level the site to ensure that the construction area is flat and solid. Precisely mark out the pile positions to provide an accurate reference for subsequent construction. Assemble the rotary drilling rig equipment reasonably and debug it to the best working condition.
2. Positioning of the drilling rig: Move the rotary drilling rig to the pile site. Make sure to level the body of the rig. Use tools such as a level to ensure verticality. Increase the stability of the drilling rig by laying sleepers or steel plates.
3. Drilling operation: Start the rotary drilling rig and drill down slowly at a stable speed to prevent the rig from tilting or mispositioning. If adverse geological conditions or underground obstacles are encountered during drilling, stop drilling immediately and communicate with relevant units to determine the handling plan.
4. Concrete pouring: After the drilling rig reaches the designed depth, the concrete pump starts to work and pumps the super-fluid concrete into the hole through the inner cavity of the drill pipe. During the process of lifting the drill, ensure that the volume of concrete pumped in is greater than the volume lifted on the drill pipe.
5. Placement of the steel cage: Use the hook of the drilling rig or a crane to lift the steel cage vertically and slowly lower it towards the hole opening. If the sinking is blocked, a vibrator with counterweight can be used to assist in pressing in to ensure that the steel cage is fixed at the designed elevation.
6. Pile head treatment: After the concrete pouring is completed and the steel cage is lowered, the pile heads should be vibrated to make them compact. Subsequently, protective measures such as covering with soil or straw curtains should be taken.
The construction method of super-fluid concrete cast-in-place piles is easy to operate with the help of rotary drilling RIGS. The concrete has good fluidity and can effectively avoid problems such as pile breakage and diameter reduction. The construction quality is easy to guarantee. It is suitable for various soil layers and has high comprehensive benefits. It has significant advantages in the field of construction engineering.
