1. Calmly judge the cause of the stuck diamond: Don't act blindly for now! Carefully observe the scene to determine whether it is the formation collapse, the mud lump of the drill bit, or the breakage of the drill pipe that causes the drill to get stuck. Different causes require very different treatment methods.


2. Try to remove the stuck pipe with light activities: If the stuck pipe is not severe, rotate the drill pipe forward and backward at a low speed, and lift and lower it gently and slowly. Use the power of the drill rig itself to tentatively loosen the drill string. But pay attention to the force to avoid aggravating the stuck diamond.


3. Flushing assistance to alleviate resistance: Increase the flow rate of the mud pump, and use high-pressure mud to flush around the drilling tool, dilute the adhered soil, reduce the friction between the drilling tool and the hole wall, and assist the drilling tool in getting out of trouble.


4. Rely on external force to assist in lifting: When the drilling rig itself is difficult to remove the jam, auxiliary equipment such as jacks and pulley blocks can be used to slowly apply external force to lift the drill string. During operation, multiple people should collaborate and be under unified command.


5. Handle complex situations in sections: If the drill pipe breaks and causes a stuck drill, first determine the fracture location, use a special tool to remove the upper drill pipe, and then carry out targeted treatment on the lower stuck part.


6. Prevention first to reduce stuck drilling: Conduct a detailed geological survey before construction and adjust drilling parameters; During operation, maintain the stability of the mud performance, regularly check the wear of the drilling tools, and avoid the risk of stuck drilling in advance.
