  •     First of all, the hydraulic oil is oxidized and deteriorated, and the hydraulic system produces a lot of heat due to various pressure losses during the operation of the rotary drilling rig. It is the temperature of the hydraulic oil of the system rises, and the hydraulic oil is easy to oxidize when the system temperature is too high. After oxidation, organic acids will be generated, which will corrodes metal components, and colloid-like precipitates that are insoluble in oil will be generated, increasing the viscosity of the hydraulic oil and deteriorating the anti-wear performance.

  •     Hydraulic oil mixed particles cause pollution. The hydraulic system and components will mix dirt into the system during processing, assembly, storage and transportation; Form insoluble matter after gas leakage or water leakage in use; Abrasive dust produced after metal parts wear in use; The mixing of dust in the air, etc., which are easy to form particulate dirt in hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oil mixed with particulate dirt, easy to form abrasive wear, reduce the lubrication performance of hydraulic oil, cooling performance.

  •     The hydraulic fluid is mixed with water and air. Hydraulic oil new oil has water absorption, containing trace water; When the hydraulic system stops working, the temperature of the system decreases, and the water vapor in the air condenses into water molecules and mixes with the oil. After the hydraulic oil is mixed with water, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be reduced, and the hydraulic oil will be oxidized and deteriorated, and water bubbles will be formed, so that the lubrication performance of the hydraulic oil will be poor and cavitation will be produced.
