2. Weekly maintenance: Add special lubricating oil to each lubrication point and pay special attention to checking whether there is any leakage in the hydraulic pipeline. Clean the air filter and radiator to prevent poor heat dissipation from affecting the performance of the equipment.

3. Monthly maintenance: Check the valve clearance and belt tightness of the engine, and test the sensitivity of the braking system. Check the wear condition of the drill pipe connection parts and tighten or replace them if necessary.

4. Quarterly maintenance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the working pressure of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor, and replace the hydraulic oil filter element. Conduct insulation tests on the electrical system to ensure the normal operation of sensors and controllers.

5. Semi-annual maintenance: Replace the engine oil and filter element, and check the sealing performance of the turbocharger. Conduct a wear assessment of the drill bucket cutting edge and repair or replace the severely worn parts.

6. Annual maintenance: Disassemble and inspect the fatigue damage of key structural components, such as the welded parts of the frame and drill mast. Conduct overall performance debugging of the equipment and calibrate the parameters of the intelligent control system.
