The noise generated by rotary drilling RIGS during construction may not only affect the lives of nearby residents but also have a certain impact on the operators. 1. Select low-noise equipment and accessories: Give priority to choosing new rotary drilling RIGS that meet national noise standards. Such equipment adopts noise reduction technology in its design. At the same time, replace worn parts such as bearings and gears regularly to avoid additional noise caused by aging and loosening of components.


2. Optimize equipment maintenance and upkeep: Regularly conduct comprehensive maintenance on the drilling rig to ensure that all components are adequately lubricated and the connections are tight. For instance, add appropriate lubricating oil to the rotating parts in a timely manner to reduce the friction noise between components. 6. Utilize auxiliary noise reduction measures: Plant green plants around the work site. Green plants can absorb and block noise to a certain extent. Crushed stones and other materials can also be laid on the ground of the site to reduce the ground noise caused by vibration transmission during the operation of the drilling rig.
