1. Mild deviation: Backfill and re-drill: When a slight deviation is detected, immediately stop drilling, backfill clay or crushed stones 1-2 meters above the deviation point, wait for it to become compact, and then re-drill at a low speed to gradually correct the hole position.


2. Junction of soft and hard soil layers: Adjust drilling parameters: At the junction of soft and hard soil layers, slow down the drilling speed and adopt a light pressure and slow rotation mode to avoid drill pipe displacement caused by sudden changes in soil layer resistance.


3. Encountering obstacles: Clear and re-drill: If the deviation is caused by underground stones or tree roots, use special tools to remove the obstacles, backfill the material to level the bottom of the hole, and then drill along the correct trajectory.


4. Deep hole deviation: Sectional correction: When the deviation depth is large, backfill and correct in sections. The length of each section should be controlled at 0.5 to 1 meter. After layer-by-layer compaction, drill in sequence to ensure that the verticality of each section is qualified.


5. Drill tool Inspection: Replacement or Repair: Regularly check the straightness of the drill pipe and the wear of the drill bit. If the drill tool is deformed or the drill bit is asymmetrical, replace or repair it in time to reduce the risk of deviation from the source.


6. Strengthen real-time monitoring: During the drilling process, use an inclinometer to monitor the verticality of the hole in real time. Once a deviation trend is detected, make immediate adjustments to prevent small deviations from accumulating into major problems.
