1. Site pretreatment: Before construction, level the site and compact the foundation to prevent the drilling rig from tilting due to ground settlement. If necessary, lay steel plates to enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation.


2. Equipment calibration and commissioning: Before starting up, check the verticality of the drill mast. Calibrate it with a level and an electronic inclinometer system to ensure that the drill pipe is initially perpendicular to the ground.


3. Precise positioning of pile positions: Use a total station or GPS to locate the pile positions, mark the center points and set up auxiliary reference lines to reduce visual errors during alignment.


4. Slow start control: During the initial drilling, reduce the speed and maintain a low torque operation. After the drill pipe has stabilized in the formation, gradually increase the speed to avoid deviation caused by impact.


5. Real-time monitoring and adjustment: During the drilling process, the inclinometer built into the drill mast is used for real-time monitoring. If any deviation is detected, the machine is stopped immediately and corrected by adjusting the position of the drilling rig or the Angle of the drill mast.


6. Stratum adaptability operation: When encountering strata with uneven hardness and softness, control the drilling rhythm. If necessary, adopt a staged drilling method to prevent the drill pipe from shifting due to uneven force.
