Faced with the dual challenges of special geological conditions and synchronous construction of multiple buildings in the coastal area, XCMG's three rotary drilling rigs entered the site with precision and coordinated operations. With their core advantages of strong adaptability, high efficiency and stability, they successfully solved the construction problems and ultimately achieved the completion of pile foundation construction 15 days ahead of schedule. With their hardcore equipment strength, they demonstrated the global competitiveness of Chinese engineering machinery and provided strong support for accelerating and increasing efficiency in Middle East cultural and tourism infrastructure projects.
The Middle East seaside resort cluster constructed this time is a key local cultural and tourism project. However, the construction of pile foundations in the project faces many challenges: on the one hand, the geological conditions in coastal areas are complex, with alternating sand and gravel layers, high porosity, poor stability, and easy problems such as hole wall collapse and vertical deviation of pile holes during drilling, which puts extremely high demands on the dynamic performance and precise control ability of construction equipment; On the other hand, the project includes multiple vacation buildings arranged in a staggered manner, with both deep pile construction requirements for high-rise main buildings and short pile construction tasks for low rise supporting buildings. It is necessary to achieve coordinated operation of multiple equipment to ensure efficient progress of the overall project schedule, and the pressure on the project schedule is particularly prominent.

The XR320D rotary drilling rig is equipped with a precise verticality real-time monitoring system, which can monitor the verticality of the pile hole in real time during the drilling process, timely detect and correct deviations, ensure that the verticality of the pile hole meets the construction standards, and effectively avoid problems such as difficulty in lowering the steel cage and uneven concrete pouring caused by verticality deviations. This device is easy to operate and precise in control, and can adapt to the pile foundation construction needs of medium and high-rise buildings.
