Core Mechanics Principle: Basic Support for Lifting Operations

The overall operation core of the crane relies on the lever principle, the pulley group labor-saving principle, and the torque balance principle. It is a typical mechanical transmission equipment in construction machinery, widely used in infrastructure construction, large-scale equipment loading and unloading, engineering logistics handling and other scenarios. The equipment constructs a force lever structure through a lifting arm, and is equipped with a multi-stage pulley system to change the direction of the steel wire rope force and share the load weight, achieving lifting and lowering operations of heavy materials with minimal power. At the same time, the crane relies on the chassis counterweight and leg support to maintain the overall torque balance, accurately offsetting the overturning moment generated by the lifting load, fundamentally ensuring the stability and safety of heavy load operations. Different from conventional construction equipment, the mechanical control system of the crane can automatically adapt to the stress state based on the lifting distance and material weight, and adapt to the lifting and handling needs of various heavy goods such as steel, engineering equipment, and building materials.

Pre positioning and locking: pre guarantee for operational safety

Before the formal lifting operation, precise positioning and all-round locking of the equipment are key prerequisites for the process, which directly determine the stability of subsequent handling operations. Operators need to define a safe operating area based on the terrain, operating radius, and lifting weight of the work site. They should drive the crane to the optimal operating point, fully deploy the hydraulic support legs, and accurately level the machine body to evenly distribute the force on the ground, eliminating the risk of tilting and settling. At the same time, the staff will select specialized lifting equipment based on the specifications, weight, and material of the lifting materials, standardize the completion of wire rope binding and hook locking work, ensure symmetrical force distribution and firm binding of the lifting points, eliminate hidden dangers such as material deviation and detachment during the lifting process, and complete all safety verification preparations before the operation.

Precise lifting operation: smooth load vertical lifting and lowering

After the preliminary preparation work is completed, the crane enters the core lifting stage, relying on hydraulic transmission and hoisting system to achieve smooth lifting and lowering of materials. The hydraulic system of the equipment provides stable power for the telescopic and variable amplitude movements of the crane arm, accurately adjusts the arm length and pitch angle, and matches the requirements of the working height and working radius. Subsequently, the winch drives the steel wire rope to retract and retract at a constant speed. With the labor-saving feature of the pulley system, the heavy object on the ground is smoothly lifted vertically. After leaving the ground, it will briefly hover to verify the overall force state of the machine, the fastening of the lifting equipment, and to troubleshoot abnormal problems such as abnormal noise, shaking, and deviation. The entire lifting process adopts low-speed and uniform control to avoid instantaneous force impact, ensure smooth lifting of heavy materials, and protect equipment and lifting materials from loss.

Rotary handling and displacement: precise transportation of materials at fixed points

After the material is lifted to a safe working height, the crane enters the process of handling and shifting, completing the fixed-point transportation of the material. Relying on the rotating support device of the fuselage, the crane arm drives the suspended heavy object to rotate smoothly and horizontally. At the same time, the arm length and amplitude angle can be adjusted according to the operation requirements, and the material position can be accurately corrected to avoid obstacles on the construction site. Compared to manual handling, cranes can achieve precise displacement in heavy, long-distance, and high-altitude environments, adapting to complex work environments on construction sites. Throughout the entire handling process, the material is kept in a stable hover to prevent significant shaking or deviation. The rotation speed and displacement trajectory are strictly controlled to ensure that the material accurately reaches the designated placement area and completes the core handling process.

Position unloading reset: closed-loop closing process of operation

After the materials are transported to the target location, the crane completes the final positioning, unloading, and equipment reset work, forming a complete operational loop. The operator precisely controls the winch to lower the steel wire rope at a constant speed, slowly dropping the heavy object to the designated installation and stacking point. After the material is completely landed and the force is stable, the connection between the lifting device and the material is released. After the completion of the task, the crane will retract the lifting arm, retract the hydraulic support legs, reset the operating parameters of the entire machine, check the operating status of the equipment's wire ropes, lifting equipment, hydraulic system, and transmission structure, identify operational wear and potential faults, and ensure that the equipment can be put into the next lifting and handling operation at any time, achieving efficient and safe normal construction operation.
